There are several types of validation in Microsoft Excel. Depending on the spreadsheet program you are using this may be different. You can use the help feature or search the web for more information. Step 1: Call date validation should require a data after January 1 of this year. Step 2: Call time validation should require data entered to be in time format between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM Step 3: Employee Name should draw from a list. List information is found on the second sheet for you to use so that the list of names is entered through a dropbox. Step 4: Caller's Name should be text entry. Step 5: Caller's number should be validated to be text entry at exactly 14 characters to format just like shown in E2. Step 6: Email address should be text. Step 7: Reason for call should validate as text. Step 8: Urgency rating and return call time should be drop-down choices by validating off of a list as shown in the second sheet of this workbook. Step 9: Forwarded Date should validate to a date Forwarded Time should validate to a timejust like steps 1 and 2. Step 10: Once you have the data validations setup, copy the falications to the rows below down to row 25.
