Store layout and Signage: Are things conveniently located and in understandable departments or sections of the store? Is everything easy to find? Is the cashier easily accessible? Are there enough cashiers and is there provision for those with only a few purchases?
Number of Products available: Is the number of products sufficient (depth and width of assortment)? Can the customer inspect the product before purchase?
Product Display: Quality of the shelving and knowledgeable salespeople to answer questions? Is there a broad assortment choice for the particular product you seek? Are discounts and pricing easily seen by the customer?
