Poster/Poster Presentation
Posters are a common way to disseminate discipline specific information. Make most conferences, there is usually a required format. In this case, you will be provided with a template. Templates set many of the standards for the appearance of the poster. There will be a presentation later in the semester that will provide guidelines on how to use the template.
The instructor will also serve as a poster mentor and help with poster formatting. Examples of posters from previous students and the instructor, as well as one facilitator guide are provided. The student will be expected to develop a short (5-7 minute) Panopto presentation which summarizes their poster.
