Hi Class,
The papers assigned in this class are required to use proper APA format for writing an academic paper to include the use headings levels 1 and 2. Sometimes students have a difficult time with this format. Heading are required to identify the topic of discussion. You label the topic with the heading.

An easy example to refer to is as follows: Titled Heading (Centered)
(Use the paper title above your introduction, level one centered and not bolded)
First Topic of the Paper
(Level one heading, Centered, bolded, Upper and Lower Case Letters)
Part One of First Topic
(Level two heading: Left margin, bolded Upper and Lower Case Letters)
Part Two of First Topic
(Level two heading: Left margin, bolded Upper and Lower Case Letters)
Part Three of First Topic
(Level two heading: Left margin, bolded Upper and Lower Case Letters)
Second Topic of the Paper
(Level one heading, Centered, bolded, Upper and Lower Case Letters)
Part One of Second Topic
(Level two heading: Left margin, bolded Upper and Lower Case Letters)
