7. How would you describe your personality? Conscientious, I am governed by my conscience when handling challenging situations. I do not allow personal feelings dictate my conduct, my inner sense that dictate what is right or wrong forms the main basis of every decision I make.

8. What kind of traits or characteristics do you think a good leader needs? Emotional intelligence, this is the capacity of being aware of as well as control personal feelings towards a certain issue. Being a HR manager separating my personal feelings from my obligated duties is critical.

· My business is to sought, hire, train, supervise and lay off employees whenever necessary. This is a job that needs one to be almost perfect in judging as well as dealing with other people. On a daily basis I get to train employees as well as supervise every task undertaken. I organize for workshops, training session’s seminars where the employees can acquire more relevant skills in their different fields. I get to handle complains as well as solve disputes amongst the employees as well as offer punishment in cases where an offence does not call for the need for one to be fired. Open communication, being fair and just embracing new idea and way of doing things has enabled me to successfully conduct my role both as an employee and the head of the HR department for the seven years I have been working in Greg pearl Inc.

· Greg pearl Inc. is a jewelry company that deals with the designing, making and selling of jewelry products both for male and female. All sorts of jewelry, custom made inclusive, are made in the company however the main interest for the company is manufacturing pearl jewelries. Whether rings, earrings, necklaces, waist chains, anklets, bangles among a few, Greg pearl Inc. is the company to look for (House, 2016). To capture a wider consumer base, Greg pearl Inc. offers both counterfeit and original pearl products. This is simply because original pearl is expensive and most consumers cannot afford while the counterfeit is affordable thus most consumer can purchase.

· Currently Greg pearl Inc. does not have a functioning website and it’s in the process of coming up with one for commercial gains. However the company uses other social media platforms to reach the online buyers.
