To ensure that its servers and the systems being used within the company are safe and be ones which cannot be easily affected by external forces, SanGrafix should implement the following procedures:

· SEI should install uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) that are of appropriate sizes to assist with the provision of power on a short-term basis to all of the organizational systems, in the case of a blackout.

· The next step should be the installation of cameras across the facility to ensure that the movements of the employees and the visitors alike are monitored in the best way possible. Cameras are known for their value when one wants to get information after an event has occurred and are inexpensive. Alternatively, the company should employ numerous guards and station them in strategic locations within its premises. The guards are known for their personal impact and to be proactive.

· SanGrafix should also ensure an installation of intrusion detection system (IDS) that helps to monitor the people or the computers that are using the internet of the company.

· Given the fact that cases of a fire break out within firms have become a norm over the last couple of years, SanGrafix can deal with this through the installation of systems to help with fire suppression. There are instances when the fire-fighters can take long before they reached the site when called, therefore, to ensure that the damage that may likely be caused is minimized, fire suppressors can be of great help (Preventative and Detective Controls - the State University of New York at New Paltz. 2016).

· By installing fire and smoke detectors, the alarm system of the organization is always turned on and therefore providing valuable time to rescue the employees and most probably, essential information that may have been destroyed.

· There are significant documents that might have been stored on the company’s severs. Therefore, SanGrafix should encourage a tradition of having all of its data backed up in some external back up storage. This storage should be placed offsite.

· Another significant measure that should be taken is undertaking a routine backup, with the places where the backups are kept being frequently updated too. This should be done in both of the storages on site and the ones which are located outside of the site.

· SanGrafix should install proper systems to help with air conditioning to ensure proper circulation of air and limit chances of other components like the compressor from failing (Preventative and Detective Controls - the State University of New York at New Paltz. 2016).

· The computer rooms for the firm should be equipped with well-functioning water sensors, both at the floor and the ceiling of the room, and finally,

· The company should ensure that there is an adequate emergency min system switch that will help in shutting down the whole system in the case of an emergency.

When the above measures are outlined and properly followed by SanGrafix, then the firm will be sure of having taken adequate preventive measures that will prevent any form of a catastrophe striking. The safety of the systems and the employees of the company should remain a priority at all, times.
