I. INTRODUCTION
Acme Fireworks began in the owners’ garage and now I have the opportunity to take them even further. Before making any decisions that could cause a negative or positive affect. I will gather all the information through reviews of other companies and develop ideas that could be a good resource. As the manager of Acme Fireworks my goal is develop teams in assisting ways to come up with an idea and plans that could help expand their contracts with other businesses.
A. ZAMBELLI FIREWORKS
1. The quality of their products contributes to their success.
2. Providing unlimited up to date resources and advertisement
II. CONTRACTS
1. Identify the difference between common law or uniform commercial code
2. Determination of the contracts with the business after understanding laws
3. Explain why it would be best
4. Analyze whether the owner formed a contract with the business and apply the five essential elements of an enforceable contract
III. LAWSUITS AND VICTIMS
1. Death ratios due to fireworks
2. Injury ratios due to fireworks
3. Liability of Acme Fireworks and what other companies did if someone got hurt
4. Cost of insurance
IV. EMPLOYMENT
1. Advantages and Disadvantages of each type specific to Acme Fireworks.
2. Identify the different types of employment relationships relevant to the agency law
V. SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP
1. Explain why Acme Fireworks should not operate as a sole proprietorship
2. Results of companies that operate as a sole proprietorship
3. New business entity and provide rationale to support your recommendation
VI. CONCLUSION
We know that dealing with fireworks can be a beautiful site but it is still very dangerous. Being a major company it is important that proper training and understanding of the importance of the chemicals and safety. It is good that certain types of fireworks have been banned and left up to professionals to handle. However, being a professional working for any company requires higher safety and precautionary measures. Acme Fireworks gave me the opportunity as the manager in making sure that I make the right choices in hiring the right personnel, and providing all that is necessary in keeping lawsuits to a minimum and use the proper contracts.
