Interview(s) are an important part of this project. Each person is encouraged to conduct interview(s) with practicing managers. Team interviews (two people) are allowed. Each team (3 or 4 members) has to conduct at least two interviews.

Interviews involve meeting practicing managers (e.g., sourcing, supply chain, senior executives) and ask questions related to the topics mentioned in this project.

Examine the differences between what is presented through secondary source (e.g., financial statements, internet, and literature search) and actual interactions with managers.

Express your appreciation for the interview, Introduce yourself and purpose of this interview. Ask if the interview could be recorded. If not, write down/document key details of the interviews. Assure that the interview contents will remain strictly confidential and the name of the firm/the interview participants will not be disclosed and the content is strictly for OSCM 3660 learning purpose.
