A project plans typically have an initiation or discovery phase (assumptions, constraints, scope, value, charter); a design or planning stage (user requirements gathering and documentation, alternatives comparison, plan creation); a development stage (hardware acquisition, coding and testing); an implementation stage which includes installation, user testing, and acceptance; and a closing phase. Your project plan addresses many of these items but you are missing a fair amount of detail. For example where is your work to create a charter? Since you are using an Agile method do you anticipate more than one sprint? You will need to address these items to fully cost your project in your final Microsoft Project plan
