SRA Research Paper
SRA Paper
Building upon your first paper, let's take it one step further. Your manager has a much better understanding of the importance of information security, the various threats affecting your organization, and some of the procedural controls that are critical to the development of a successful information security program.
Consequently, you have been asked to write a second report describing the various technical controls that could help protect against the threats you previously articulated. In your second report, you need to describe the role of technical security controls, the types of controls you feel should be considered and why, as well as define the need to establish a formal risk management program and why. You may also expand upon the information provided previously regarding procedural controls since the technical controls you are proposing should support your organization's procedural controls.
Format
All research papers must three to five pages, double spaced, using 12 point Times New Roman font and resemble the formatting template found within Angel. The student may choose to utilize APA or MLA style citations. While the instructor does not require one style be used in favor of the other, students must select one and use it consistently throughout their papers.
