Plan Comparison
Introduction
Use this section as an introduction to provide an overview about what diversity plans are and some of the components they should contain. This would be a good point to include research helping to state what a diversity plan is. Set the reader up for the discussion to follow.
Overview of Chosen Plan
Identify the organization that you’ve selected to review. Provide a high level overview the company’s diversity plan. Save specific details about the plan for the next section.
Diversity Plan Components
One by one, identify the ten (10) components of a diversity plan as described in the module and compare how the company has or has not met each of those components. If you do not find any evidence of a component, provide your thoughts how the company could have included that component.
Recommended Improvements
Based on your review of the company’s diversity plan and comparing it to the ten (10) recommended components of a diversity plan, provide your opinion offering ways that the diversity plan can be improved upon. This would be a good point to include research to defend your opinion.
Conclusion
Finally, write a conclusion that summarizes the importance of diversity plans and ways that organizations can make them effective. Ideally, conclusions should be at least five (5) sentences in length. Your references will then begin on the last page. Make sure this paper contains at least two (2) references.
