Name the first organization you researched and provide a brief overview of the business. After reviewing its corporate website, discuss your findings regarding culture and diversity. In addition, identify at least two strengths and two weaknesses based on the company’s website as it pertains to the impression you get regarding its culture and its position on diversity. This would be a good opportunity to incorporate research that speaks to this organization’s culture and diversity initiatives.
