Discuss the other research that you conducted (for instance, Internet research). Be sure that you discuss how you conducted your research to narrow the topic.

Submit at least two annotated bibliographies for two different sources of research.

In order to understand how things work in any establishment, conducting a research might be a good way to go about the issue. This is mostly so because, research not only enables us to understand the present, but also have a manner of looking at the future with special attention to what can be done in order to make things better than they already are. For this reason therefore, the following paper is going to identify three areas which might make for a good research topic in my business profession, and also describe one area that I conducted research in.

Research Areas

In my business profession, the three areas that might make for good research projects are; the role of communication in the business establishment, industrial organization, and group identity as being one of the aspects that might drive the business focus towards success.

Research that I conducted

I conducted a research on employment and the workplace. This research was done in order for me to understand whether there is a relationship between the people who are employed, and the performance of the business, by using the work place as the bridge between the two concepts. In order to better understand this, I first of all identified all the keywords that would enable me to understand the research outcome that I find in the course of my research.

Once this was done, I visited the library, and researched the secondary source by looking up the keywords, and making an outline of the findings that I got. Once this was done, I considered to now transferring the information I got onto a neat surface in which I organized the data, with respect to the information that I wanted, and the information that I got. This organization enabled me to get a good flow of the information.

This was the first book that I considered to read. In this book, I got to uncover the relationship between employment, and learning initiatives. This learning initiatives in the workplace are the approaches which can enable the employees to attain higher levels of efficiency and competence, which would in turn increase their productivity and consequently, success in the business.

From this book, I got to get how the employees get to relate with one another in the work place, and understood this as being one of the elements that drive for either the success or failure in the work place. In the book also, I learnt that departmentalization in the work place makes it is possible for the employees to specialise in their fields of expertise, while at the same time contributing to the bigger picture which is the service delivery to the customers.
