What Needs to be Improved in companies marketing strategies?

Rabobank Na doesn’t seem to have a clear digital strategy. They have a Facebook page but it doesn’t fully represent what company does for the community. Many people in California still doesn’t know Rabobank’s origin. The bank needs to invest more in digital marketing in ways that the population in California is more aware of the brand name and what they do for California and the world. A different marketing strategy which introduces the company to younger demographics is a necessity for Rabobank.

What communication style am I going to use?

I would like to raise a general awareness about Rabobank by creating a Blog and reaching out Bloggers. I would share my Blog on Facebook and Twitter. My Blog would have videos,pictures and news about the company. I could reach my target audience by Facebook and Twitter posts. Younger audiences tend to be more involved with Facebook and Twitter. My Blog posts would be shared daily on social media sites. Hopefully, this could help me to build an online community.

Pictures and videos on my Blog will be aimed to create interest in my audience. Benefits of posting pictures and videos on a Blog are people’s tendency to want to be informed with less effort. Since reading company news would require more effort from audience, this method could potentially be challenging. Challenge would be to create content which would not bore the audience and grab their full attention. I would have to share story headlines which would create interest in my online audience.
