Globalization refers to conducting business operations in more than one country as well as

the state of original production. For an organization to achieve the global market objectives, there are various challenges faced by the organization even though there are enormous benefits to the organization. State laws and competitiveness are the main difficulties encountered by organizations operating globally, especially those organizations with proper strategies. Global organizations usually achieve tremendous advantages in the markets that they serve to lead to the advancement of the organizational deliverables. An example of an organization that operates globally i.e. the United Kingdom and the United States is (Zipcar Hill, L. S. 1999).

Zipcar deals with car sharing services across the United States diverse countries. The headquarters of the organization is based in Boston; besides, other sub-headquarters are found in all the states the organization operates in. The mission of the agency is to guarantee that people living in the cities have leniency in getting a car as it is to get newspaper or coffee. The car sharing business is not new in the United States, but Zipcar has initiated their new strategy in the United States. The business model has triggered significant competition to their customers due to the flexibility of the service they offer. It is exceptionally possible and easy for customers to access the service of car sharing readily. The organization's technique to utilizing technology for its customers is of immense importance as a competition method since it allows clients to get the cars anytime they need as opposed to the other organization competitors. The inclination of the services of the organization is regularly focused on why the organization is extraordinarily expanding all over the United States (Kowalski, D. 2014). The majority of people using car sharing in the country prefer using Zipcar sharing services instead of other companies offering the same services therefore making Zipcar the most demanded car sharing services the United States.

The services of the organization are globally applied since the organization services measures are offered equally. The operations of the organization often include the provision of the car sharing services to the persons registered with the organization. The agency service recommends that the organization internationalize all the functions of the organization to make sure that there are proper service provisions by the organization. The company fully maintains the cars shared by the group to ensure that the customers are fully contented with the services. Regarding the operations of the agency, the organization provides that there is a sub-headquarter in every country where the organization offers their service to ensure that services are delivered appropriately, and issues are handled quickly. For the development of the body, all organization functions are practiced in the new market that the organization gets into to provide their services.

The organization services are exclusively implemented to suit every country globally. The necessary condition for the organization is to provide its services through the internet for the customers since it links the organization's services and the clients. The team has developed software used by clients to ask for the agency service, the model and the place that they need the service. In accordance with the strategy of the organization, Countries in the United States is the primary concern for the services of the agency. The services should ensure that it covers all the United States. At present, there are several countries in the United States benefiting from the distinguished services of the organization. Spain, Australia, Turkey, and Canada, are some of the countries that Zipcar provides car share service to its customers (Kowalski, D. 2014).

Apart from the mentioned countries, North Dakota and Montana are regions that the organization is extensively planning to enlarge their territories to make certain that the organization services are covered all over the United States. The cities are very much populated, and the demand for the organization's products for the people is hugely demanded by huge clientele making it significant for the organization to supply in the regions. The regions, being in the United States, there is a high anticipation from the country that the project will achieve positive results. Missoula, Billings are cities based in Montana that the Zipcar Company can profitably offer their services. The areas are well occupied making it suitable for the services of the organization to be significant to the customers and the organization as well. North Dakota suitably matches the Zipcar market due to the different cities with a high population. Grand Forks, Bismarck, and Fargo are the cities in North Dakoda that properly fit the organization to provide its services regarding the client's demands in the city. The regions that are most suitable for the expansion of the organization are North Dakota and Montana. The development ensures that the car hiring services reaches all parts of the United States.

It is exceptionally important for all organizations to consider the extent of the market that they plan to expand their services (Great Britain. 2001). Montana is typically a region with diverse cities that makes it suitable for Zipcar expansion. Bozeman, Billings, Great Falls and Missoula, are cities in Montana suitable for development. The cities are exceedingly populated as follows: Billings is the highest inhabited with 104,170, Missoula being the second with 66, 788 whereas significant Falls have a population of 58,505. All the mentioned society makes it considerably suitable for the organization growth. North Dakota area as well is substantially populated with diverse cities that are causing the region to be suitable for expansion. The population of Fargo City is 115,863, whereas Bismarck is 68896 and Grand Forks has a population is 56057. Such a big population is significant for an organization development.

While the organization services are suitable to be invested in various countries, there is considerable competition in the market. Zipcar car sharing service has opponents globally making it vital for the Company to have policies that will make sure that the organization has achieved its objective in the market. A major competitor for Zipcar is Car2go. Car2go is graded second in car sharing market in the United States, hence the biggest competition to Zipcar alongside other ordinary organizations like the city car club. The Zipcar opponents are usually situated in both North Dakota and Montana. Zipcar has efficiently developed a strategy that makes sure that it is reliable to their customers through the exploitation of information technology.

North Dakota and Montana are regions with the large economy of the section's trade which is well balanced with a high level of export in comparison to the port according to the 2014 budget. Montana had 4236 imports and 6,529 exports whereas North Dakota had 3.362million dollar imports and $5,289 exports. The region's exchange rate is significantly appropriate and complimentary for car sharing services because there is a right economy in the areas. The region frequently has a low percentage of local production export because the area's economy is stable due to the business permanence (Great Britain. 2010). The proportion of import in the regions is more often than not very high due to the enhanced economy of the regions. There are diverse manufacturing companies established in North Dakota and Montana creating a strong demand for workers. The employees in the areas are usually paid properly due to the law imposed by the government to make certain that employees are compensated according to their work. In most companies, the employment is remunerated as per the hour's employee's work which is appropriate because of benefits such as overtime and motivation.

North Dakota and Montana are business friendly regions regarding regulations and taxation. The government regulates the domestic tax appropriately to make sure that employees are taxed according to their amount of pay they get. The intensity of the fiscal rate for workers is lower in comparison external companies (Kowalski, D. 2014). External firms are greatly taxed even though it is done constructively to make possible that economic of the area. An organization that invests in the areas is experiencing favorable taxation though it is a little higher. The government has deeply facilitated the development of the parts to guarantee that citizens of the areas are happy preferential in personal life and businesses. The government has obliged different procedures to ensure that there is a constant development of the regions. Ownership of foreign organizations in the region is typically not constrained especially if the organizations meet the terms of the state laws and regulation.

There are various requirements obligated by North Dakota and Montana to make confident that businesses are carried out appropriately in the regions. Montana laws and regulations are habitually flexible to boost the economy of the region and guarantee that companies function accordingly. Through the set laws, workers are guarded to make sure that there are no immoral practices by their employers. North Dakota state also imposes various rules and regulations to make it easy for running businesses in the region. North Dakota and Montana are regions affluent in business prospects due to the growth of their economy and the state laws and regulation imposed. It is faster and easier to institute a business in the areas since there is the availability of employees and the legislations in place are flexible. Zipcar plan for expansion to more states will be of a vast magnitude to the organization given that the goals will be achieved accordingly (Hope, S., Scotland.,& 2000)

Competitor's definition:

Zipcar organization more often than not faces unusual challenges in the market, competition being one of them (NFO System Three. 2001). There is a stable opposition in the market of sharing a car with a variety of competitors. In the regions that zip car function and forecast to

The use of technology is one of the opponents of the Organization of Zipcar. It expanded on a global scale to become the largest organizations in sharing a car market competition between cars and club cars market town knowing that the services between the two organizations are similar. Use the same strategies to use technology in the car sharing service and works on increasing competition due to different ideas and creations.
