Assessment description
Assessment will comprise several tasks based on the following scenario:

After working at the Getwell CHC for one month, you are starting to feel confident about completing your work requirements. However, at a staff meeting, your boss announces that it is diabetes awareness week in three weeks’ time. Your supervisor wants the admin staff and the clinical staff to work together to prepare a diabetes information display booth at the local shopping centre. She wants the booth to provide information and a free blood test (finger-prick) for members of the community. The booth will be staffed by one clinical worker and one admin staff member from 9.00am to 4.00 pm on the Wednesday of the awareness week. |
Procedure
1. Read the questions carefully and write your answers in the spaces provided.

3. Answer all the questions on the test in the allocated time.
