You may like to answer in dot points under headings and sub-headings or in any other appropriate report format. Step instructions Answer ALL of the following questions: Part 1 – Learning theory Learning theory - Consult at least three academic sources which discuss EITHER Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences OR the VAK (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) learning styles - Briefly explain what your chosen theory suggests and the list the different categories of learning. - Identify which categories from your chosen theory best describes you and explain the characteristics of this learning type. You must include examples to support you your position. Part 2 – Skills audit Skill identification and development plan - Download Part Five of the “You and Your Career” workbook and complete the Personal Skills Audit. You must fill in the complete form for every individual skill. A PDF version will be available in Interact under Resources. - Cut and paste a screen shot or image of your completed skills audit (you can take it with your camera and upload it into your assignment). - Complete the skills audit table in Resources.
