Assignments Conflict Resolution Action Plan Response

In this assignment, you are going to apply a conflict resolution or problem solving method to a sample conflict scenario. Read the following sample conflict scenario:

In monitoring goals for an individual education program (IEP) for a student with disabilities, the special education teacher notices that the general education teacher is not utilizing the accommodations and modifications outlined in the student’s IEP. When approached, the general education teacher states that the accommodations and modifications are implemented as needed, and finds that they are ineffective.

Based on this topic's readings, select a model for conflict resolution or problem solving that you will use to resolve this conflict.

In a 500-750-word response action plan, apply your chosen action plan model to resolve the sample conflict.
