Deci in this publication carried an in-depth analysis on intrinsic motivation which is basically the motivation that emanates from within an individual. In this publication, he particularly looks into how the behavior of individuals can influence their motivation by instilling habits that will increase their motivation. The language used is not only easy to read but it can also be easily understood by the novel reader and this is one of the primary reasons why was a critical source of reference for this study. Having studied psychology at some of the best institutions in the country, Deci has gained significant experience in the sector which was crucial in helping him to come up with a detailed research on the subject. This research is in alignment with the research by Wonderly (2011) and the views expressed therein are almost analogous.

These are some of the most experienced researchers in the area having worked in various big institutions around the world. This insightful information that they gained working in the sector is one of the reasons why this research is reliable and the validity is further enhanced by the fact that their work is published by one of the most recognizable institutions around the world. This source of reference was pivotal for this study since it provided some important information on the motivation psychological aspects that pertain to this study. It aligns with the study conducted by Miner (2008) since they share some important aspects on the theories of motivation.

Miner is one of the most renowned researchers in the field of psychology having worked in some of the most notable universities in the United States as a psychology lecturer. In this publication, he particularly looks into the essential theories of leadership and motivation through the organizational behavior framework. His research is in tandem with the research by Gollwitzer and Bargh (2009) since they both look into the essential theories of motivation which unravels the correlation between behavior and motivation. Despite the language being more technical compared to the rest of the references, it still invites interest from the readers through a properly crafted and researched study and this is one of the primary reasons why it was pivotal for this study.

O’Neal (2009) in this publication carried out an in-depth analysis on the motivation of health behavior with a critical view on the influence of behavior in instilling motivation which is critically an important point to consider since behavior and motivation are interrelated and they both influence the other in one way or another. This study aligns with the study conducted by Pinder (2014) since they both look into the relationship between behavior and motivation and how they both influence one another. The language used is easily comprehensible and it was indeed an important source of information for this study.

Pinder (2014) in this publication looks into how the motivation in the work place is influenced by the organization behavior. He particularly finds out that the behavior that an individual displays in the work place has a crucial role on how it instills motivation in the workplace. The language is a bit technical but nonetheless, it elucidates the most important aspects of motivation and behavior and how they both influence one another. The validity of his research is unraveled through the explicit analysis on how motivation is developed from behavior whereas the reliability is expressed through their vast experience in the area.

Wonderly (2001) is one of the most influential researchers in the sector having worked on a number of researches in the same sector. His experience of over 10 years in the sector has placed him amongst the most experienced researchers and further augmented the reliability and validity of this research. This research aligns with the research conducted by Deci (2012) since it also contains a great deal of research on intrinsic motivation which elucidates how internal motivation develops through our daily behaviors. The research conducted provided a great depth of knowledge and information in the area and this is one of the primary reasons why it was an importance source of reference for this study.
