Topic and Statistical method
The selected topic in this case is unemployment. The term unemployment refers to a situation where people are ready and looking for jobs at the prevailing pay rate but they cannot secure any job position. It follows that jobs are limited compared to the number of qualified job seekers ready to work. The topic in this case is important as it affects the economic position of the affected country. Unemployment is a problem that could cause more economic problems such as inflation. Different statistical methods will be used to obtain such as interviews, questionnaires, and sampling.
Statement of the problem
The main problem here is that people cannot find the job positions even despite the fact that they are qualified and willing to accept the prevailing wages. The result is that the rate of unemployment is expected to increase causing more trouble in the economy. This could also contribute to increased cases of insecurity as well as inflation in the economy. With increased cases of unemployment, the economy will be faced with underdevelopment problems making it hard to achieve development goals
Review of the Literature
Based on previous done in line with the topic of unemployment, there is a common similarity on them. The high unemployment rates affect the standards of living negatively. As per New Delhi, hi report suggest that un-employability is a bigger issue that unemployment and that 53% of the employed suffer from some degree of skill deprivation and that 8% of the young people are unemployed. Judd Patton also supports the fact that people who are unemployed are likely to increase crime rate in an economy as they search for means of survival.
Conclusion
On conclusion of the topic of unemployment, it is right for the people to seek optional self-employment. This will reduce the rates of unemployment. The government should also strive to come up with new ideas to help the youth get job position.
