I. Summary
Commercial airports have two options for providing for their security. One option is to use a government-operated system such as the TSA. The other option is to use a privately owned and operated security organization under contract with the TSA such as Covenant Aviation Security at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) Add some sentences here to make a newspaper style executive summary of the issue. This analysis will compare the advantages and disadvantages of both options.
