Should regulations bee changed regarding genetically altering plants and/or animals?
This is a worldwide dilemma that has plagued many countries since the onset of genetic engineering. Genetically modified organisms have been the subject of criticism from various fronts. Genetic alteration is changing of the genetic makeup of an organism by the artificial addition of and/or removal of certain genes. The regulations regarding genetically altering plants/animals should be changed since there are many advantages to genetic alteration of organisms.

Should financial incentives be offered to high school students to perform well on standardized tests?
This is a countrywide dilemma. High school students have exhibited a severe underperformance in standardized tests and various solutions have been offered to combat this crisis. One of them is the provision of financial incentives to the students. Financial incentives should not be offered to the students as this will hinder the purpose of education. It will cause the students to be more interested in the incentive than in acquiring the knowledge.

Should children of parents who do not allow them to be vaccinated be prevented from attending public schools?
This is a countrywide problem. Vaccination is a necessary medical procedure for a healthy nation. Many debates have risen due to this procedure. Some parents are wary of vaccinations due to the perception that numerous vaccinations increase the chances of autism in children. The aversion to vaccinations, however, has increased the chances of the occurrence of diseases that were thought to be wiped out in the USA. This has caused the schools to place some regulations on the attending student’s vaccination. There are many reasons why the parents prevent the children from getting vaccinated. It is not fair to prevent the children from attending public school.
