Attaining international markets is usually a big process for a company. Let’s put into consideration flash company which deals in flower production. The factors the company has to consider before venturing its business in another country is one the culture of the people. The business should go hand in hand with the culture of the citizens. Another factor is that the company should find potential customers first in the foreign country before venturing. The company will also engage in exporting which has its risks and benefits. One risk is that poor packaging of the product may in a major way make customers not buy it. However, the benefit is that if the product properly adapts to the foreign market, the company will be able to sell anywhere across the globe. The strategy for flash company to venture into an international market is by first identifying the foreign market, and then conducting a research on the market. After that, the company plots a strategy to export their products then get a team to sell them in the new market and finally selling in the internet (Motohashi, K, 2015).

The kind of management structure that would suit flash company is functional structure in that the jobs are grouped according to business functions. It helps maximize the economies of scale. The manufacturing, packaging and logistics of the products would take place in Djibouti where the headquarters are and then they are delivered through the fastest method which is by air to the markets abroad. There are also rules and regulations to be followed before selling in the foreign markets. One is that the company should have a license which facilitates marketing agencies. Others are those allocating property rights and marketing activities. Some like the license have to be filed. The company should also consider the currency and the monetary system being used so as to properly tally the earnings of the business. By weighing between the benefits, risks and resources available for the business venture to take place, the company will be able to know whether the venture will be profitable or not (Xu, J., & Quaddus, M. A, 2013). Some elements like the amount of resources the company has or the amount of employees required are considered before establishing the business.
