Presentation’s professionalism and appearance

• Slides designed in a professional way (i.e. they look organized, professional, attractive to the audience, not plain, etc.)

• Appropriate use of words and sentences (i.e. appropriate tone and avoid using slangs and informal terms)

• Slides are not cluttered with excessive wording • Absence of quoted text • Use of graphics and figures is adequate in number • Citations provided for all graphics and figures • Use of neutral themes/designs and colors, avoid using bright colors or

themes that are too specific (i.e. themes/designs about cars)

• If at least one sentence in the transcript is found to be plagiarized as determined by turnitin or any other means.

*Narrations/Transcripts must provide meaningful information to support and

expand what is being explained in the slide with more data/facts/evidence.

presentation.
