Minister Annette Washington, a native of Columbus Georgia, was born November 11, 1958, to the late Mr. Alphonso Washington and Mrs. Hilda Washington. She is the only child of both parents.

Minster Washington obtained her primary and secondary education within the public schools of Jacksonville, Florida. In 1964, after completing high school, she entered Florida State University as an aspiring freshman. Her focus and field of study was Criminal Justice and Social work. While attending FSU, she was active in the Student Government and was Student Treasury. She was also a player on the girl dance team, where is also became the team lead for basketball. After graduation, Minister Washington secured employment with the Columbus Juvenile System and part time secretary for Columbus Police Department.

Later on in life after attending numbers of churches and relocating to the Columbus area, Minister Washington accepted the call of Jesus Christ to the Ministry of Christianity in November of 1980, Minister Washington was licensed by Dr. Matthew Phillip and the Mount Calvary Baptist Church family of Columbus, Georgia. In 1983, Minister Washington entered Carver Bible College in Atlanta and majored in Theology. Her devoted work and intelligence proved rewarding for her to graduated cum laude in 1987 with a Bachelor of Theology Degree. She was offered and held a coaching position at a local college. Minister Washington official pastoral tasks include the Sister Hill of Atlanta African American Church Atlanta Georgia (1989). In May of 1995 she received her Doctorate of Divinity from the United Theological Seminary in Augusta Georgia.

Minster Washington emphasis on the essential for spiritual growth and development through the teaching of God's Word, has resulted in theatrically improved attendance at Bible Study and Church. She is obedient to her call and ministers wherever God sends her. Quantities have no demeanor on her directive or anointing. She treasures every moment of her being a part of God’s calling and helping those in need of time. As a leader Minster Washington decades her leadership to God and Her Church staff. She has introduced to her ministry a new day found program that helps young people determine what they want to do in life and how they plan to achieve those goals.

Under a new mission, Minster Washington values play such an important role in her life, being able to recognize, understand and articulate values set becomes critical in thorough judgement constructing of life. Also, the capability to recognize community ethics that will assist in defining performance and faithfulness. Minister Washington states that “association generates abundant opportunities growth and efficiency, manifested in countless ways.”
