Job Description:  The main function of a corporate recruiter is to screen, recruit, and interview and do worker placement. The professionals are also responsible for preparation of information that is related to things such as recruitment, dismissal, leaves and position offers, promotions or transfers. The experts make use of human resource management software to perform these tasks.

Summary of the position: The specialists will interpret policies, procedures, regulations and standards concerning human resources activities. Recruitment of employees and preparation of the paperwork related to hiring as well as informing the recruits’ details about their duties and responsibilities, benefits and compensation, the working conditions and opportunities for promotions as well as working schedules. Addressing issues to do with employee relations for instance work complaints, harassment claims, and other employee distresses. This positon will report to the Manager of the Human Resource Department and some over time and out of state travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

· Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates

· Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs

· Build applicant sources by researching and contacting employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites

· Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

· Attract applicant by placing job advertisements and using job sites

· Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

· Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.

· Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.

· Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers

· Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the Company’s compensation policy.

· Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules

· Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed

· Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.

· Experience with Peoplefluent or PeopleSoft

· Proven ability to generate a consistent pipeline of high quality candidates using a variety of resources.

· Must have in depth knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools

· At least 5 years of executive recruiting experience preferred

· At least 4 years’ experience in a corporate setting

· Efficient interviewing and people skills

· Results driven

· Maintains professionalism at all times

· Ability to work autonomously and making judgments based on the company needs

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

· Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
