pick two of the last three assigned articles for the course, which are the following: (1) J. Itzigsohn and C. Dore-Cabral (“Competing Identities? Race, Ethnicity and Panethnicity among Dominicans in the United States”); (2) C. Kanagana and associates, “‘Who Am I?’ The Cultural Psychology of the Conceptual Self”); and (3) N. Khanna, “The Roles of Reflected Appraisals in Racial Identity: The Case of Multiracial Asians.” Describe each of these two studies by saying what the research is about, specifying how the data was collected and from whom, and giving whatever other details are relevant. Present the major findings and conclusions of each study. Do not merely repeat the abstract of the study, but go past the abstract. One or two pages (at most) for each study should be sufficient.
