The primary force that has contributed to the success of the economy of Always Fitness online service is the technology and the fast pace at which it develops. The current trend has led significant advances where the online tools such as the activity tracker, diet tracker, and even the exercise blogs have gotten developed at always fitness to monitor the performance of these individuals and hence tracking the body limits of the clients. The procedures that used to take hours can now get monitored within a short period and hence enhancing the efficiency which in turn has led to a better economy. The continued positive faith together with a move away from the short-term planning has also reflected well and are driving forces In the economy of the always fitness. The rebounding optimism about the global economic prospects has thus formed a great strength in this online training service. It has thus formed one of the key successes of the organization.
Legal and regulatory
One of the forces under the legal and regulatory that has influenced the always fitness is the tax. The increase in the tax on the online services has negatively affected the business since it has limited the consumer spending on these services. Also, the purchase of the online tools at high tax rates has formed a weakness in the business. However, the increase of the tax to has also helped since it has been used to control the economic growth and thus to put some competitors out of the market and this has enable the growth of the always fitness. Another driving force has been the trade policies. The trade policies such as the government policy and the regulatory have allowed the growth of the always fitness since they have allowed the establishment of this online service in the region. There are no significant restrictions imposed on the business and thus forming strength to the firm. Also, politics have encouraged the establishment of this business. Most of the politicians have encouraged this development since unlike another gym where people go to specific places for the workouts; always fitness provides even better services online and has the great tools that can monitor even the body weight of the individuals. The business has thus created a stable political environment considering the role of government in the business activities.
How the organization has adopted to changes
Always fitness has however adapted well to the changes that have taken place in the technology and even in the legal and regulatory practices. The use of the online tools has enabled it to control the performance of its clients, and the organization has employed the experts who have experience in the utilization of these tools. Also, the ability to track when the breaks get required has proved essential to the clients since it gives them the humble time to rebuild their muscles. Also, the taxation by the government on these online tools have proved significant to the organization since it has limited the competition from other organizations and due to the long standing reputation of the better service delivery, the organization has gotten support even from the politicians. The support comes about since these members can choose to work out from their homes and this has given the company a competitive advantage over organizations.
Channels analysis for the new division and business model
In this channel, the market analysis gets conducted then the information on the expectations of the customers gets analyzed. The information to the clients then passes through the social media or websites such as Google, Facebook, Yahoo and even Twitter. Also, the information about the virtual training will go through the newly invented technologies such as the smart wristband and scale. The result then gets determined by the information recorded.

It thus forms one of the gaps in this business that has been significant to the organization. Also, unlike other gym associations, the always fitness get open 24 hours, and this makes it convenient for even those who go to jobs for long hours. It has provided another opportunity for the organization and also the ability to come up with the tools that can track the time for break-ups is beneficial since it makes people have sufficient workout session. However, the organization also faces some issues such as the financial matters. The purchase of the equipment such as the wristband, digital scale, and even the artificial intelligence software is expensive, and this seems to pose a significant challenge to the organization. The organization also faces some little challenge from the other competitive companies though due to the enhanced technologies it uses it still stand out among these enterprises.
