The HR. Manager,
Since the formulation of the virtual Assistant Company Agency, there has been a vast number of issues in regards to scheduling of work. Work scheduling problems are caused by high levels of underemployment persons, whereby workers have to do about 3 different part-time jobs with shorter hours of work on a daily basis. As a result, this has further led to over straining of both employees and customers leading to low levels of productivity as well as mediocre services. Consequently, this circumstance negatively affected the employee’s household consumption as well as the economy. As a result of the irregular scheduling and change in shifts, the firm's performance level is compromised. Research analysts have proven that irregular hours of working bring about conflicts in homes, which causes so much stress on employees resulting in poor performances at work.
Nevertheless, employees who handle more than two jobs a day with an unpredictable working schedule are often inconvenienced as it prevents them from having a social life as well as improving themselves or securing services such as childcare for their children. Due to unstable working schedules, students who work part time strain a lot to strike a balance between their studies and their work. This is such a big problem that requires fixing in order to guarantee both high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
Sincerely,
Problem Statement

This needs more explanation.

Findings and Analysis
As per the research findings, vast majorities of employers experience success as a result of furnishing their staff team with the current technology. All the employees were able to deliver all of their assignments and services on time without missing out on any deadlines due to minimal stress levels. Comment by Rebecca Coleman: ? How? This is not sufficient to determine which alternative is to be chosen or why.

Recommendations
According to the chart in Figure 1, the Company that has adapted into the current technology has overall higher Feasibility. Therefore, it makes more sense to adapt into the current technology as per the results than the company which burdens its employees with tasks which can be handled by technology. A company which has adopted into the use of technology is more productive than one which has not embraced it yet.

Your problem, alternatives, and criteria are very unclear. I don’t know what the problem is or how the alternatives will resolve the problem. This seems more like a comparison between general companies, and that is not the focus of this assignment. Please review the sample report carefully.
