Some leaders were assassinated in the world to protect the power changes. "May of the world leaders were assassinated after gaining fame and favor from the votes thus threatening the top most leaders’ ability to retain their powers" (Yalof, and Dautrich, 2013). The assassination also happened because of the racial discrimination thinking that one may affect the existence of another demographic group. This has continue to lead to assassination of the minor demographic group.

Some leaders in the world have acted against the requirement of the world’s social capability hindering the world from becoming a global village. These leaders have hindered the power shift and discouraged a constitutional change that would lead to a social world. These leaders existence have affected their country’s development and discriminated some groups.

Africa is greatly affected by this. Some of the leaders that have hindered progress of the countries include the President Mugambe, President Omar Bashil. I’m not saying that their existence is bad but their inexistence can be welcoming some changes to their countries and th world’s social life. These leaders inexistence would be welcome by the entire world or their step out of power can pave way to a better social country and world. The dictatorship in the world has affected the social wellbeing of the world.

1. Explain the difference between a caucus, a primary election and district or state convention. Name the main pros and cons for each. Which process do you believe is most appropriate for the selection of a party nominee and why?
