Ⅰ. Introduction
McDonald's is the world's largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurants. The outlet serves an approximated sixty-eight million customers on daily basis. The restaurant serves an approximated 40 to 50 clients in every two hours.
Ⅲ. Body
The restaurant offers quality foods to the customers with the supervision of two managers who sometimes alternate shifts, which makes it easy to serve the customers without any complications and delays. Additionally, an approximated fifteen employees who work in different sections of the restaurant serve the restaurant. McDonalds can be considered a better place as a result of its high quality food with fast services thus making the customers not to wait long and the staff is quite friendly. The place has always been clean and orderly when I have been there. Every type of customer is factored in the menu as the restaurant offers wide varieties of foods. Again, the foods offered are also nutritious and highly important in the body.
Ⅲ. Conclusion
To conclude, while in the restaurant, if there is a problem they are quick to address it. As such, to improve on its service delivery, the restaurant may improve on its home delivery services to capture a large number of customers. Other types of foods may also improve in attracting new customers to the restaurant.
