These strategies that Google had to develop to raise alertness of stereotype, prejudice and discrimination, and to help make employees unconscious of their conscious bias. The bias is some of our experiences are culture custom and because of this, it can help Google employees on their decision-making process. It is serious that the support can be contributed to encouraging the several viewpoints of all Google employees.

Google is taking all the necessary precautions in ensuring that all Google employees have the necessary training and that they are aware and able to recognize their unconscious and to improve the awareness of prejudice and discrimination in the workplace. All the strategies that are affiliated and are meant to help Google employees address the main issues that are prejudice, stereotypes and discriminations. It should also work towards finding the influence of individual behavior.
