FOR AROKA ONLY- NEED BY 3 PM EST SUNDAY
So, you are developing two compliance plans in a way that all employees will understand at a large medical facility where you are the Compliance Officer.
To help your employees gain an overview of compliance and its importance, write a 2-3 page Overview of Compliance Plans paper for your two compliance plans. In your overview, state the purpose of your two compliance plans for your company. Then, in terms that every employee will grasp, explain how all employees would benefit by supporting the key elements in every compliance plan - compliance standards, high-level responsibility (for each employee), education (about compliance), communication, monitoring/auditing, enforcement/discipline, and response/prevention.
Support your overview with at least three research sources outside of your required reading. Citations in APA format should be listed in a References Page at the end.

Compliance plans
Initiate a new hand hygiene compliance program that works in hand with the most current WHO regulations to staff members’ hand washing practices. It may include installation of alcohol-based hand rub dispensers outside every room used by patients in the hospital, also install more sinks along the corridors of the hallway will help improve the hand washing habit. Set up a hand washing policy and guidelines to be shared among every staff member this will enhance sanitizing before he/she enters hospital room. (Hamilton, 2014) A team can be selected wit assistances to ensure the policies are followed and reinforced. To meet the expectations, the plan can be emphasized through the use of anonymous visual audits showing it is appropriate to wash hands with water and soap. It is efficient since it will avoid infections acquired in the hospital such as hospital-acquired Clostridium complicated infection and other pathogens.
Fraud in medical institutions is rampant; an instance is when a nurse charges for Diabetes Management Education as a physician visit. An effective compliance plan should include providing employees with detailed information regarding laws relating to false claims, including who should blow the whistle when fraud is detected and information on preventing detecting. Set up an educational program in the facility to educate the works on fraud abuse and controls. The program might include criminal penalties and civil remedies for claims. Steps should include accurate billing, conducting scheduled and unscheduled audits and correction of errors on bills approved by chief compliance officer.
