Prepare an outline before you begin writing
Apply the three-step process of writing: plan, write, and revise.
Complete a first draft to evaluate and edit for improvements.
Include a Title Page with your name, course name and number, Professor’s name and date submitted.
Use an Executive Summary to preview your topic

In the report body, breakout main ideas and provide supporting evidence. Use headings, subheadings, and bullet points or organize and present your ideas.
Use visual aids as necessary to clarify your ideas. Examples include graphs, diagrams, and flowcharts.
End with a Summary which restates your main points
