The Bill of Rights was created and established to give every citizen unalienable and natural rights. I believe that the Bill of Rights should not be uniform state to state. Every state is different and should have different law. It’s about the way citizens went about following an amendment or how they make laws off that amendment, it will work different for different state based on the demographics of the state itself. Also this allows for a growing democracy through-out the Nation. What might work well in one state might show another how they can change their laws up for a more successful state government, or have the same successful outcome because of the difference in States. It allows for unlimited potential and growth for legislation of the States. A point can be shown for the gun law from Texas compared to California. The Mass shootings for schools would be less desirable for a criminal shooter in Texas versus California if the Texas schools gave the teachers the right to have guns in their class rooms. In Texas some schools have already put programs in place to make this a reality. That being said that doesn’t mean those policies would work for schools in Washington who may just have an upgraded surveillance or criminal deterring systems like loud alarms or smoke. This might work better for the States that would already have strict gun laws put in place.
