WALMART

Wal-Mart is multinational company with its origin being in the America. It operates as chain of hypermarkets and grocery stores. Its headquarters is in Bentonville.  It was founded by Sam Walton in 1962. The business kept on expanding as time went by.  The company operates under the same name in the US and Canada. The company is one of the biggest companies of the world. According to the fortune global 500 list, it was found to be among the biggest private company with the greatest number of employees (Courtemanche, & Carden, 2011).  The company as per the 2014 report has 2.2 million employees a number that too big for a private company.

Project phases

Introduction

The Wal-Mart project is one of the businesses that have established in the entire business world. Its uniqueness makes it worthy growing in the market. The project is relevant since with the modern society capital to start such viable business can be sourced from money rending institutions without any problem since the money rending organizations have a strong believer of recovering their loans.

Analysis of the Outcome

A project can be given a go ahead if its outcome at its trial stage is promising.  If the outcome becomes out positive, the business should then integrate all resources so as to ensure that the business grows.

 

Identification of Data Sources

For the project to start, data sources should be established. Some of the data sources includes: day business magazine, and other business journals

Design of project timeline

The project should be broken down into sections, staring from preliminary, collection of data, analysis of data and finally implementing the project, collection of necessary materials and establishing a business research.
