The book Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson is a wonderful tale of change. Everyone has experienced change in one form or another, some positive, others negative. How you handle with change will set the pace for happiness in life.
Leadership qualities include adapting to change, often and continual. Some say true leaders walk naked in an attempt to develop transparency and change. The leadership journey and the study of leadership is a development of style. How you handle change is a corner stone for developing your style.
Read Who Moved My Cheese. Read it first with an understanding of what is going on with this situation, than re-read it with the intent to see where you fit into the scheme of change. After the second reading write a paper that details your reaction to this tale and how it will impact your leadership journey. Your may make this project as personal as you wish. You can reference life experiences or detail work issues that you now have gained incite into because of this reading.

The paper will be submitted as a word document, as an attachment to your VCCS e mail. It must be a minimum of 1000 words. Preferably double spaced, APA format citing references as required. Use a cover page with your name, course title, project title and date.
