Business proposal

Our purpose in these assainment to solve a problem that may many company suffer from these problem with is laze employees (inefficient employees). So lazy employees are ones who do what they need to do to get by. They do “just enough” to not get fired. They are never the ones to go above and beyond. They will never take on extra shifts or ask for more work. They take shortcuts whenever possible and may offer your customers just enough customer service to be considered a shelf above unacceptable. They are not engaged employees and have no desire to be. They are clock-watchers who cannot wait for 5pm.

Also A lazy employee can be a problem for a manager and for the business whole in many ways. A talented employee who is lazy is robbing the company of much needed productivity and can anger co-workers who must pick up the slack. A good manager knows how to handle an employee who isn't doing his job, by taking immediate action to resolve the situation.

Based on that we come with an idea to solve these problem , our idea is to make a business called (…….) these company its located in Jeddah in Prince Abdul Aziz street . These company is generating profit from training and develop employees to become motivated , so our customer is male from age 40 and above, because in these age people will gets bored from doing the same task every day without any change . Also the goal from these business is not about making profit only , but also for creating a difference it the society and environment we live in .

The idea of these company is to make a contract with customer who face these problem , through making a application on phones available for Android and iPhone , these application is connected directly with the company to monitoring what the customer has done from the task is required and if they achieved the goal . Also The customer can be paid via the internet or by company .

The company provides offers and discounts to meet the differences in income, therefore, the company has make brochures to attract people to register .

The price for register is as follow :

months -2000 RS 3

6months – 4000 RS

9months – 6000 RS

12months – 8000 RS

The company set a training program to develop and enhance the motivated for customer who register, so when the employee done the task will reward him , and that will create a motivate to continue . also it will create a competition between them to compete and to give their best to perform the task . And also to motivate them we create a program for rewards :

Level 1 : Free subscription clubs + Discount on airline tickets.
