The body of the review will entail a detailed look at the summary of the movie and its outline including a review of the main characters and their roles, timing and setting of the movie. We will focus on how the Avengers manoeuvre their win against fighting the Ultron before it causes human extinction on earth led by Tony Stark who has many characteristics intertwined into one.
The movie starts by the Avengers which is a group of six actors raiding a Hydra who has been conducting tests on human beings using the deadly Ultron. In their mission, they encounter Pietro and Wanda Maximoff who have super talents. Pietro has superhuman speed in executing his duties while Maximoff has the capacity to influence minds and project vigour to do extra work, and due to this, he apprehends Strucker who was leading the Hydra used to experiment on humans (Krull, Hendriks-Witmer, & Shukyn, 1985). Stark and Banner discovered an artificial intelligence machine inside the sceptre’s germ and used it to secretly complete Stark’s defence program, the Ultron. The Ultron attacks the Avengers at their headquarters with the belief that he must eliminate humanity. Ultron makes use of the resources in Strucker’s base for upgrading his elementary body and build a mass of drones in robotic form.
The Ultron kills Strucker and recruits Maximoffs. The Avengers attack Ultron and the Maximoffs, however, Wanda mollifies them with unforgettable visions. Due to the resulting destruction and the fears that illusions from Wanda provoked to the world, the avengers go into a hideout in a safe place to avoid further destruction (Krull, Hendriks-Witmer, & Shukyn, 1985). The team go into different directions either as individual or as a team. Nevertheless, Nick Fury motivates the team to come up with a plan in order for them to manage to stop the Ultron before it causes mass destruction. The avengers fight amongst themselves when Stark uploads JARVIS who is still functioning after hiding Ultron into the artificial body. Pietro dies when he protects Barton from a shooting from the fighters.
The Avengers consist of six characters who are in a mission to seize and destroy the Ultron, which is a human-made destructive element aimed at destroying humanity and making the world extinct. The avengers consist of individuals with distinct capabilities that enable them to fight through their mission. They are led by Tony Stark who is a billionaire and philanthropist. He focuses his effort on how to make everything right so that the group does not encounter problems in the beginning. Tony Stark and Captain America are often more interesting in times when set against each other than when they are on the spotlight on their own movies. Bruce Banner is the genius scientist who changes into a monster when irritated and this is due to his exposure to radiation. Steve Rogers is the leader of the group while Romanoff and Barton previously worked for Shield as a spy and agent respectively.
Some of the characters are faced with entanglement in love matters and flirt a lot during the mission. Romanoff and Banner are such examples and they flirt a lot over cocktails in a screw-ball style. They even discuss their future in each other’s life. However, they do not let this hinder their performance in executing their tasks and they work tirelessly with the Avengers to protect the earth from the destructive and dangerous Ultron (Krull, Hendriks-Witmer, & Shukyn, 1985). Whedon describes a story where the main actors and superheroes did not even bother to step out of the house and one could wonder what he is up to. He loves mixing things and watching the reaction or outcome from it.
The review of the Avengers (Age of Ultron) has focused on the role of the different characters and the plot summery. The article focused on reviewing the movie based on characters and the setting and how they progressed in their effort to eliminate the Ultron on earth. The mix of characters worked tirelessly playing their specific roles while helping each other when the going got tough. Tony Stark as the leader of the group worked to see that they prevented occurrence of difficulties from the start even though they didn’t manage (Wilson, 1900). Having established a new operation base, Thor comes back in order to get more information with regards to the forces he has suspicion that may have changed recent events. Romanoff and Rogers prepare to train fresh Avengers as Barton and Stark exits.
