Introduction
Superior Almond Enterprise Limited is a start-up company that deals with bakery and coffee retail establishment located in Washington, DC on 1978 Street. Superior Almond Enterprise targets to catch the interest of her customers by providing and modifying her services like cooking a broad variety of bakery products such as cakes, bread, and other pastry products. The enterprise tries to provide different coffee flavors by including many coffee brands and grades from other countries and within the state. Superior Almond Enterprise Limited has other plans and strategies of building a very strong market position in Washington City by integrating with other business partners who are dealing with the same company. The corporation and partnership will be the company to have an active and efficient competitive advantage, bargaining power, and also to revive its current market situation of gradually losing both potential and current customers (Švárová & Vrchota, 2014). Because the city has a very high competitive climate, the enterprise aims at offering its products at a competitive price sometimes lowering and increasing the prices of its products depending on the demand from the customers. This, therefore, gives the company a chance of meeting the requirements of both local and international clients who are diverse and come from different financial status ranging from low-income earners as well as middle-to-high income earners from both local areas and from abroad.

Superior Almond Enterprise Limited is located and incorporated in the state of Washington DC. business was previously owned and managed by private developer knows as Mr. Francis Candie for the last two decades. Currently from December 015, Francis Candie partnered with another person called David Mir so that they can combine ideas and improve the business. Private developer, Candie has high and extensive business experience especially in sales advertisement and management. Before then, Mr. Francis was a marketing manager and head of the department in advertising sector before he retired from Rock Village Restaurant in Mexico. Furthermore, David Mir has a lot of experience in administration and finance because he has been working with the state department of finance in Mexico and he also has a master’s degree in administration and finance from the University of California.
The company also plans to hire another eight qualified full-time pastry bakers so that they can assist the existing two who are employed by six-man working days per week. The organization also intends to add more six part-time baristas so as to manage the customer service within the institution as well as helping day to day operations.
Products and services
Superior Almond Enterprise Limited offers a broad range of espresso and coffee products which it orders from a firm that deals with all ranges of coffee grades. The firm exports from a high-quality Columbian grown and imported coffee beans. Coffee made by the company suits the customer interest by adding different flavors at all time during normal business operations. Superior Almond Enterprise Limited bakery section provides freshly prepared pastry and bakery products with the help of some few moderate batches who deals only with bread and bakery products and also ensure freshly prepared foods are always available when needed to customers.

Superior Almond Enterprise Limited has for a long time been experiencing rapid growth this is because the cold marine climate from Pacific stimulates the customers to demand hot beverages at all time of the year especially coffee because it is a mild stimulant.
Because of this market opportunity, the company wants to extend and establish a large customer base aiming and targeting the locals who has been its outstanding market opportunity. More so, the company will have achieved its objectives and stability through the establishment of a healthy and a consistency revenue base. Similarly, the tourist revenue is expected to rise to about 40% when the company improves the quality of competitive products.

Superior Almond Enterprise Limited plans to raise about $150,000 as its capital. It also has a method of borrowing $50,000 for a premium payment of the twelve-year loan that will help it provide a bulk of the current financing requirements. Furthermore, the company projects to make sales of about $600,000 in this year and $650,000 next year. By the 3rd year of its operation, the company aims at making an increased profit from $16,000 to 31,000 by the third year of its investments.

Superior Almond Enterprise Limited plans to offer a high-quality espresso, coffee, and pastry products at a competitive price, sometimes lowering and increasing the prices of food materials depending on the demand. By doing so, the company will have catered for all people from high-income earners to low earners especially the residents.
Value Proposition
Superior Almond Enterprise Limited products and services are of high quality. We provide healthy coffee that does keeps not only your body but also has a good vitamin D, which helps you to have strong bones and teeth (Frow & Payne, 2011). Our pastry products especially cakes and bread have an added advantage of having extra mineral salts that are very vital for digestion. The company also offers free internet services within the surrounding and modern accommodation facilities with hot water showers all the time.

Strengths
Superior Almond Enterprise Limited provides excellent quality services and products that are examined by professional bitches before they are served to customers. Professional customer language that is used by the workers helps the enterprise to have more clients who are will to get the services from it. Efficient communication between senior leadership and the board regarding the progress of specific targets to be achieved within the institution such as the organization’s vision and goals helps to define the direction in which the system should follow. Moreover, the company has a small number of employees who are manageable and well linked to customers. The small number promotes faster communication and quick response to customer needs
Weakness
Despite the strengths, the company faces some weak points. The company’s functions and products are seasoned hence during the low season; the company’s cash flow goes down because coffee beans, wheat, barley are not always throughout the year (Bergener, Delfmann, Weiss, & Winkelmann, 2015).

Superior Almond Enterprise Limited a lot of threats such as stiff competition from other companies that are operating similar functions. Other upcoming companies are integrating the use of advanced technology such as using machines to increase temperatures to room temperature so that the customers can feel some warmth other than depending on hot beverages.

Superior Almond Enterprise Limited is faced by stiff competition from other related enterprises creating the need of this company to improve the quality of its services so as to maintain potential and current customers.

The political environment is involved in creating laws and policies that may negatively or positively affects the work performance of the enterprise. Recently, the government through the Act of Parliament passed a motion that defines the number of employees should have to solve the problem other companies having the small labor force. The enterprise faces a customer bargaining power problem, and it is forced to cut down some of the cost coffee and pastry products. Local customers are low-income earners making the company to foregone making costly food products so that the residents can afford.

Variation makes the importation coffee to be higher which means the company will have increased the cost of running the business.

The desired results produced by the enterprise such as offering delicious and fresh pastry products along with fun-filled dining experiences. Balanced Score Card becomes the tool to set general objectives measuring the financial performance such as earnings, revenues, and cash flow.
Communication Plan
Good communication plan created by some steps so that the flow of information can be achieved (Vestal, 2016). Such measures include the enterprise being clear about the communication objectives, the audience differences; and the communication channel to apply such as email or posters. Other steps are like knowing the type of message to convey and to the right worker as well as the overall feedback from involved parties.
Conclusion
Superior Almond Enterprise Limited has already established business enterprise since it has the highest number of employees that any other business in the city. Sound management strategies and plans make the business to be unique such as social media advertisement that communicates a lot of information faster and to many people, therefore receiving more customers than before.
