Single-payer health care system services is a framework in which the state, instead of private organizations, are responsible for all insurance bills. This system of health contract for medicinal services administrating from private associations and to public responsibility enhanced by state governments. Single payer enables the patients to choose their physicians and continue to seem them even if their financial status or jobs changes. There is no other health care services that can assure this. There is continuity of nurses and doctors, who have got to know the care about their patients, and also is critical to quality. These health care services are accessible and affordable to all. The Affordable Care Act gives Americans better health conditions by giving incentives and security set up of medical coverage changes that will, Expand scope, Hold insurance agencies responsible, Guarantee decision making, Lower services costs and Enhance the nature manning all Americans. The Affordable Care Act really alludes to two separate bills of enactment both by president Obamas administration. Both the bills grow Medicaid scope to a great many low-salary Americans and makes various upgrades to both Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program.
Many nations in the world have single-payer health insurance programs. In Switzerland it is believed that the idea that health-care services should be paid for according to the ability to pay rather than according to the actual use of the health-care system finds its roots in the egalitarian concept of social justice and is generally adopted in Switzerland, as it is in most of the OECD countries. (Crivelli et. al, 2014), However the government may purchase health care services from outside organizations, United States uses affordable care act commonly known as Obama care. This has not been able to solve the health issues of the American and hence opt for the single payer health care (Weisabart 2012).

Neil H. Buchanan, a Justia columnist, is an economist and legal scholar, a Professor of Law at The George Washington University, claimed that The Affordable Care Act has spoiled the business protection industry by introducing insurance cartels, giving it millions more clients and permitting it to raise charges to levels that less Americans can bear. Single-payer change would make a nervy stride. It would for all intents and purposes wipe out the whole business Industry. In this regard I believe that single payer health system will do away with the insurance cartels hence enhancing universal medication. Everyone has the opportunity to get social insurance, regardless of what their money and wealth is. (Buchanan 2014)
All individuals inside of the framework, regardless of the amount of cash they have, can get health care. The imperfections in the other social insurance frameworks all about the nature of the consideration which is subordinate upon what the individual brings to the table in that particular method for installment. With single payer social insurance, everybody is treated in an equal measure. The costs included in keeping up single payer human services is extensively lower than different types of social insurance and even incomparable. This will spare the Americas government a considerable measure of cash in its health budget. (Nlcatp 2016).

According to Hillary Clinton developing the affordable care act is better than single payer health care system provided is improved, doctors and specialists get to be workers of the government. For a few specialists, this is a to a great degree inconvenience. It develops the sitting tight time span for consideration. Countries where a single payer framework is established, the holding up moments to get an expert can without much of a stretch achieve for weeks. During this holding up period, it is not unprecedented for issues to advance further. Her arguments are valid in the United States and I think the market for health system should have free entry and exit so as to accommodate all doctors and their areas of specialization. Also this will lead to tiresome procedures and long waiting hours taking up to 8 weeks to be attended as this will bring laziness among doctors because at the end of the month they will receive pays and salaries from the government. This leads to hold up time making it more troublesome for families to see their family specialist with a quick wellbeing worry as well. Also so far 90 percent of America’s is already secured under the Affordable Care Act where they have accessed medical coverage. (Hillaryclinton.com 2016). .
A Single Payer Health Care systems like Medicaid is better for the American Health Care System verse The Affordable Care System. Though The Affordable Care System is friendly to America’s citizen it should not solely be the only health system. Citizen should be diverse as they seek their Medicare and the government should allow for any health system. The affordable care act have seen great health development in America (Apecsec.org 2015).
In conclusion The Affordable Care Act in America is presenting protection changes that will enhance the lives of a big population, however we have to go much further to understand the emergency in health care. For now, the Affordable Care Act has become the law of the land. American has been better off than they have ever been after a century of the reforms on the health care. Over the years medical cost has increased and the insured rate has also gone up. Hence, there is a lot to be done. Come next year, 2017 the single payer may be implemented by the state under the ACA, thus, payers’ rate will be set in all state. There is also a probability of having a single payer debate very soon, depending upon the elections of 2016. By evaluating all of the components of such a system, America can decide if it’s the right system of health care for their citizen at large.
