The Regional Leadership Institute focuses on the essential skills that novice and expert leaders need to successfully manage and lead an organization to advance its mission. This year’s program will focus on leadership development, building a high-achieving team and communication across generations. The Leadership Institute is open to all chapter members, officers, leaders and potential future leaders; there is no limit to the number of chapter members who may attend for $50.00 each. We highly recommend the program for chapter and subchapter’s president and president-elect. The chapter and subchapter’s president and president-elect will receive free registration. Objectives: At the end of the program, the participants will have the opportunity to: 1. Engage in a conversation with national leaders about their career path and the leadership lessons they
learned along the way; 2. Identify strategies to build a high-achieving team; and 3. Discuss communication in a mutigenerational environment.
