Program Overview: This educational program is designed to enhance the knowledge of the participants with key information on transforming a complex organization into a culture of nursing excellence, impact of research in transforming healthcare, creative trends in simulation and technology for clinical competencies ,recent trends and updates in management of care of cardiovascular, infectious, and myeloma diseases. Learning Objectives: At the end of the program, the participants will be able to:
1. Describe how to transform an organization into a culture of nursing excellence. 2. Discuss key strategies how to lead an organization of change. 3. Discuss the impact of nursing research in transforming healthcare. 4. List ways how to integrate simulation and technology in improving clinical competencies. 5. Identify the current trends in the management of lung cancer, infectious, and myeloma diseases.

This year’s program will focus on leadership development, building a high‐achieving team, and effective communication across generations.
