Introduction
I have researched some diversity issues in the company, and I have also come up with some solutions to these issues in the company. Temple Bottling Company is a family-owned soft drink producing and distributing company established in 1924 and based in Texas and doing direct deliveries to Burleson, Coryell, Bell, Brazos, and Milam Counties.
Company’s mission about global diversity management
Mission of Temple Bottling Company, is to make the company recognized for its company’s diversity leadership. Its mission is also to create fairness and inclusion in almost all areas at the workplace all over the world. The Company was also ranked as 38th top company having inclusion and diversity in their working environment in the year of 2013.
Challenges regarding diversity in Temple Bottling Company
At the workplace diversity is being loaded with different kinds of myths and almost all kind of baggage. Managers at the workplace have been seeking multiple ways to solve these all myths and implement some strategic plans for the purpose of solving all the related issues.
The intent of the this memo is to mention briefly some of the challenges regarding Temple Bottling Company diversity dealing scenarios.

Tools for diversity Management
For the purpose of successfully managed the diversified workplace environment it is very important to promote diversified initiatives and for that purpose the Company should outreach the groups for the purpose of educating workers.
The company should also organized programs for the employees in which tactics should be learned by the employees to meet relevant diversity challenges. Here I am mentioning some of the groups that are to be maintained by Temple Bottling Company for the purpose of promote workplace diversity and these groups are to be mentioned as below and this group is to e called LGBTA,

2. Temple Bottling Company Gay
3. Temple Bottling Company Lesbian
4. Temple Bottling Company Bisexual
5. Temple Bottling Company Ally
Group has very strategic aim of promoting the diversified work environment among all of the employees and created the platform for employees for the purpose of sharing their own ways and also feels comfortable with the contributories of diversity. This group of company is also serving the advocate for the purpose of winning and inclusive the cultural diversifications.
The Company supports the entire professional business resources group and this group also promotes the excellent workplace and it also provides excellent support to the business as well as to the employees. There is another group named women’s link and one of the best aim of the group is to inspire and the other purpose is to engage and develop the women values. In 2013 the company also received the Catalyst award for the purpose of recognizing the efforts in order to empower women at their workplace within the company. There are some questions that arouse when the company tries to manage the diversified work environment at work place.
1. Do the Company has very diversified workplace and is the company promotes implementation regarding this or not?
2. Company should recognize what are the most challenging factors in order to control diversity at workplace?
3. What results the company faces when working with diversified workforce?
4. What procedures and policies the company should adopt when some of the employees denied working with diversified group of people.
5. What are the most effective strategies that the company should implement for the purpose of solving diversification related problems?
It is the result of research that workforce diversity has a very effective contribution towards the success of any organization and here I am going to mentioned some of the responses that gathered after the effective research related to workforce diversity and these are mentioned as below,
· Diversity at the workplace always contributed to the high productivity in any company
· Diversified work force has contributed number of ideas at the table of company that contributes towards its success.
· In general there is not a single laid down strategy that deals with the diversified management related problems.
· One of the most challenging aspects in workforce diversity is language barrier and the discriminative elements between diversified workforces. Discrimination of gender is also one of the important factors.
Problem Discussion
Problem is to undertake the impacts of diversity at workplace and deals with the situation at the possible ways for the purpose of solving issues. Normally these kinds of problems have been encountered by the big giant companies only and Temple Bottling Company is one of those. All other companies who have small or medium size normally encountered less or no diversified problems at workplace. Research that I have conducted shows that almost all big organizations are also able to explore all successful and diversified problems solving tactics but what matters a lot is the real implementation of those particular policies.
All of these tactics have some advantages and also some of the disadvantages as well and there are multiple tools that are being required to get the maximum results by implementing the right tactic at the right time. These tactics help out the company to locate effective tools for the purpose of managing diversified workplace constantly for decades. I will recommend to the higher management that the organization should implement the inclusions of integrating diversity, practices and values in the existing process of the organization and it also helps in the development of said organization as well. With the help of this company would also be more able to measure the performance of organization’s development and for future growth.
Problem Solution
In the part of problem solution area if the study outcomes discusses with the findings and it reflects the question of research that, Diversity at the workplace contributed to the success of the company or not? Then my reply would be that all rationale behind any of the organization or behind any of the company’s decision making for the purpose of diversify or may not to diversify the complete workforce only lies on the company’s organization culture and on its business strategies. Selection of best suited and fitted strategy that will successfully fitted in to the target market areas of the organization is the real success of any organization.
One of the major point is that if the Temple Bottling Company wants to improve its diversified strategy then the company should improve its over all productivity as well and then all other tactics should be implemented for the better and required results. The next step for the company should be the comparisons of outcomes for which elaborates the improvements and results also suggest further procedural amendments and implementations.
Alternatives evaluation
There are number of suggestions would be available while making decision about the specific policy implementation. In that particular view point my suggestion is that the company should first review the research question and then shows concern about the relevant alternatives. When all the possible alternatives have been discussed then the company should choose best suited problem solving alternative.
Further strategic checks should also implemented because in that way if the company is measuring its interval position regarding results of diversified workforce improvements then we it came to know what kind of changes it must adopt to improve overall scenario. Evaluation of alternative would help the company to choose the best one and so forth the company would be able than to make more practical and strong relationships with their workforce because for the success of any business it is very important that manpower must satisfy and endorse the policies of company. It is to be also noted that every diversify management always require the support from higher management and without their cooperation it is not possible to make best and to get desired results. It is to be suggested to the management that it should provide enough space for policy implementation for the purpose of requiring strong support and getting dedicated workforce towards all of the incorporating the diversity and in the objectives in some of the organization in a sustainable manners.
Decision effectiveness
One of the major objectives of this proposal is to first create awareness and in the second influence the diversity management for the purpose healthy working environment. It is very practical for the company to create that kind of strategies that proved to be helpful for the healthy working environment. It is also be suggested that company should examine the required policy in different multiple ways as well as management should also provides some of the helping tools for the best implementation. Management should also identify all the trends and all relevant perceptions for the purpose of managing diversity at workplace, these perceptions may include geographical segments, gender segments, cultural segments, religious segments and race segmentation as well. The proper strategy implementation would help the company to be centered among the multiple influential trends and look up more deeply the related factors within the framework of any organization.
