LGBT Preparation Curriculum

Lesson Rationale

Individuals at some point and time should acquire just how to make and keep friends. It is significant that they are mindful of the relational skills required to have quality affiliations. Individuals should also be aware of individualities that do not have values of excepting one for whom they are. Also, to support diversity and approval of others by displaying that all individuals, regardless of observable changes, are connected by the common thread of emotion.

Personal Development - Individuals will obtain knowledge, attitudes, and interpersonal skills to help them understand and respect self and others. By doing this he will acquire and use social skills

The outcome is that LGBT know the status of accepting of others. They will have a strong understanding of the similarities they share with others regardless of their gender. The LGBT will be able to transfer this knowledge outside of a classroom and recognize that many of the similarities they share with their peers, they also share with society in all capacities of the world.
