Social entrepreneurship has lately been a buzzword lately to many industries. But good enough, entrepreneurs and organizations have shown that the purpose and profit do not add up to mutual exclusiveness but instead mutually beneficial. Hopefully, this way of business will become the routine for most organizations and industries. The primary objective the social enterprise is to spot a need in the society and find possible solutions to the problem identified. Most problems have a social origin or purpose. A social entrepreneur should balance properly the profit and use. The project should be done in a smart way to avoid any loss. The enterprise’s profit should support the purpose of the project.

In the contemporary society, there are issues which affect the people living within. This includes social problems with unmet needs. The primary aim of this project is to solve the social problems affecting the youths in the society in a negative way. Among the most hit in the community are the low-income earners and the youth. This affects the greater population in the community. The project concept was to engage the youth to participate in free soccer games and other different projects within the community. This was to reduce the rates of youth dropping out of school, using drugs, engaging in early sex and involving themselves with criminal gangs. Also considering the level of idleness among the poor, there are very high chances of developing stress.

Since the whole idea is to come up with a service that acts as a reward, the approach is non profitable. The soccer field project was entirely a non-profit organization. The utilization of the facility was an opportunity given to all the youths to exercise social cause. Hence, access to the service was entirely free to the target groups. This should be achievable by cooperating with the sponsors to freely provide the service free of cost. The target groups are the youths and the low-income earners. Anybody falling under the category has the right the mandate to access the soccer field any time. Any revenue earned to be used in developing the field to be fit for best services. This is pictured to bring the best impact on the outcome of the target group’s lives apart from making the place a better place.

The soccer field will be mainly dedicated to its main objective. This is to reach to all the low- income members and the young persons. As this will offer the people a way to enjoy and spend their free time. The venture also aims at promoting healthy living among the youths and people who cannot afford the gym membership. The project’s Mission Statement will be, “The soccer field project is a non-profit organization for the low-income population and the youths in the community. The project believes that the youths are the future of our society and creating the values of commitment, teamwork and responsibility will make them successful. The organization also strives to improve the lives of the poor people. Our services will create a stronger and a safer community for all.”

The target market enables an organization to concentrate its efforts on a group of people are likely to benefit from an individual product or service (Ziegler, 2009). The pan mainly focuses on two groups, the youths and those people who are less fortunate in the community.

The food program is also the core mission. Its main aim is to eradicate hunger in the Bullock County by persistently bringing about; growing and packaging food to ensure self-reliance among the people. The packaged food is then distributed through agencies and programs to ensure self-reliance. Since food is the most squandered resource on the planet, need to develop food bank is the best program.

Three main strategic resources will be used to execute the program. Among them is the Human resource. This will mainly engage employees who are at our disposal. The management team will recruit and manage employees. Through this human resource management, the staff will provide the program with the competitive advantage to thrive. The funds will be used in the production of goods for purchase of vehicles and equipment to be used. . Thus, the land will be used by the youth to facilitate the farm project.

In executing the project partnership program will highly matter to the success of the project. This will include agencies and programs like credit unions and banks. They will highly help through money donations and help a lot in partnering food vendors, wholesalers, and manufacturers who contribute foods. Since nearly 20% of Bullock County are qualified for help through Food Bank Program. This will be of great help to those families who find it hard to put food on the table, and low-income earners since they will because they will be assisted by this initiative program. Almost half of the population to be served is children and while nearly one-fifth are senior citizens. In the beneficiary families, there is, at least, one individual working (Edge 2014).

The Food Bank Program accumulates food in the central warehouses in the city of Union Springs and distributes the food to charitable social service agencies and programs in Bullock County. The majority of the food to be distributed is packaged in emergency boxes. Persons or families are qualified to be given up to 15 emergencies per year. Each package has a 2-5 day supply of high-quality food. The other part of the resources will be devoted to providing food to domestic treatment facilities, luncheon programs; youth service hubs, nurture families, children's initiatives and much more.

Food Bank Program administration team comprise of a board of directors and an executive director of the top management. The program will also comprise five coordinators in the initial management. They are volunteer coordinator; Supplies coordinator; Dispersal coordinator; Warehouse Coordinator; Youth Farm coordinator.

The future organization chart will assume the top management structure with the addition of executive assistant. The other positions will be created as in below

Funds play the most important role in a smooth running of the whole organization. Financial resources are one of the most significant elements of a project, as it will determine its success or failure (Ziegler, 2009). Since the soccer we are given to the target group through a non-profit organization, around 70% of the revenue is from the donors. First the group will approach the state and the federal government. Since both forms of government have formulated various strategies for improving the quality of life for the youths and the poor. Another donor group who promised to contribute something are the religious organizations in the area, academic institutions, and individuals who believe in the mission of the soccer ground services.

In total donors contributes towards three-quarters quarters of the total revenue to support the soccer field plan, but the rest will come from the different fundraising event. For instance, a raffle fundraising is a favorite activity as compared to other fundraising strategies that will ensure the project gets finances. Sports activity funded by politicians, private organizations, well-wishers among others groups also act as good funding sources. . The cash prizes won from such competitions will go a long way to support the project. Additionally, holiday fundraising events can raise enormous funds because most people are willing to support community projects during major holidays such as Christmas and Easter (Comolli & Etchart, 2013).

In food programs, we will constantly engage a Fundraising campaign that wills emphasis on engaging the local banks and credit unions to accumulate donations to combat hunger. Normally, food collection starts in October and November. Food Bank Program will have donation bins in partnering banks and credit union. Additionally, consumers in local retail food stores may contribute money to Food Bank Program at the checkout zones.

This program will proceed to 2014-2015 205 calendar year will oscillate based on different seasons. In the autumn season, the program will undertake its main fundraiser. The summer months are estimated to behaving weak food collection months. A program listed will be employed in food bank programs fundraising, Food Collection (FC) Fill the Bucket (FTB,) Food Rescue Express (FRE) Gleaning Youth Farm (YF). Food bank program will be funded from various sources of capital; this will include public and private entities. The program will be funded by contributions from ten distinct corporate donors, a grant from a private charitable trust, and Bullock County. The assumptions are displayed in the following table and chart (Macleod, 2013). The score card should be balanced. This is to help the project managers see the business from the four most important perspectives. It is balanced purposely to link the performance.

At the end the project should measure the success by identifying some indicators. This is by identifying many youths playing on the ground and poor people. Food should also be available in surplus on the food banks. After noting all this, then definitely stress on people is reducing as well as hunger. At this point the project will continue to expand to serve many people and offer more benefits to the community.
