Specific Purpose: To inform the audience about the benefits of reducing weight

Thesis Statement: The main benefits of reducing weight are regular body exercises and very low carbohydrates diets among others.

Introduction

I. There remains increasing argument concerning the optimal macronutrient distribution and the energy content for promoting effective and healthy weight loss despite considerable research. Very low carbohydrate diets are most common, and studies indicate the low carbohydrates are effective in enhancing short-term weight loss (Volek, VanHeest & Forsythe, 2005).

II. Regular body exercise is essential because they produce positive effects in reducing weight.

a. Debate exists on the most effective form of exercise, intensity, duration, and the mode needed to realize the effects.

i. Effective weight loss treatment should consider a lifelong plan. Otherwise, there can be chances of weight regain.

Transition: I will explain these aspects now

Body

I. There are numerous benefits for weight loss in the fitness program rolled out in American colleges and institutions (Lippincott & Wilkins, 2013).

a. The test should be taken by participant prescription and progress that require medical attention as a result of obesity

b. Physical fitness is growing to be a matter of concern in institutions of higher learning

i. It is imperative to realize that the standardized measures for waistline sizes are taken to ensure the appropriate prescription for students who may require medical check-ups

II. A 12-week supervised program can be used for reducing participants’ weight (Gibbons, Catherine et al., 2015)

a. The program can be achieved through coordinated exercises that are regularly monitored and the waist sizes occasionally checked to monitor the progress of the participants.

b. The program can be ably achieved by ensuring the dependent and independent variables are established during the training program to ensure participants benefit from the program.

i. The 12-week study can help monitor the progress of the student waist sizes through a provision that can compare the results with already done research.

IV Weight reduction at an individual level is very heterogeneous (Swift, Damon L., et al.)

a. Clinicians should instruct their patients on the appropriateness of weight reduction

b. The instruction for weight programs can be achieved by taking into account the stresses and physical movement of patients that can be accrued from the exercise programs

c. The daily exercise practices play a major role in maintaining the waist size changes

i. Exercise programs provide the insights for essential weight monitoring after the process of weight reduction to prevent possibility of future weight gains

ii. High impact exercise programs are reliable to the general wellbeing of an individual since it elevates weight reduction.
