Social Media Naturalistic Research Study
Resources
This paper will be the third component of your final project research paper.
For your final project, you will complete your social media naturalistic research study. To complete this assignment, you will need to:
1. Understand how your research conclusions confirm trends or address gaps in the professional literature.
1. Understand the guidelines for the final project.
1. Review prior coursework to incorporate any useful feedback from your instructor and your peers.
When you have completed this groundwork, write a 5–7-page, double-spaced paper, in which you complete the following:
1. Summarize your research conclusions. What have you learned from this study?
1. Identify the implications of your study.
1. Does it suggest new trends or support already identified trends?
1. Does it suggest new reasoned responses to the influence of social media?
1. Does is suggest further areas of interest for continued research?
1. Justify your conclusions with 3–4 references to the literature.
For this assignment, you can include up to two references from a current source that is not a peer-reviewed journal, such as a news article or a government report. Be sure to format your references in APA sixth edition style.
To complete your final project, integrate the three papers you have written throughout this course into the following template and submit it to Turnitin. When you have received the Turnitin report, make any necessary alterations and submit both your final paper and the Turnitin report to your instructor.
1. Title page.
1. Name.
1. Course or (semester).
1. Instructor.
1. Abstract page.
4. Summary of study in 200–300 words

1. Component 2: Method and findings (5–7 pages) – Unit 6 assignment.
1. Component 3: Conclusions and implications (5–7 pages) – Unit 9 assignment.

Note: Before submitting this assignment, remember to submit your paper to Turnitin for review of proper referencing. If you receive a report that has a high percentage of referencing issues, you must make changes in your paraphrasing, summarizing, or use of direct quotes in your paper. It is a good goal to get your Turnitin report percentage below 15 percent.
