edit essay and source analysis
Practice source integration by summarizing and quoting from a source you're going to use in your essay:
· Word/Phrase Direct Quote--Chose a key word or phrase to set up, comment on, and cite.
· Full Sentence Direct Quote--Use the quote sandwich on a full sentence.
· Block Quote--Choose a significant quote that goes onto the fourth line to integrate into a paragraph of your creation.
If you struggle with formatting, take some time to consult an online formatting guide (such as Purdue OWL's website) to get the MLA down. The length is as long as it takes to do quality quote sandwiches for each. The better these are, the easier they will be to use in your essay.
