Introduction

Knowledge in integrated business communication is essential to perfect management of a business’ internal and external communications. It is a decisive and strategic success factor of enterprises, both national and international, and non-profit organizations as well as public administrations. Besides reducing operation costs, integrated communication improves the impact of communication and also strengthens competitive profile of a business, (Schultz, Tennenbaun, & Lauterborn, 2014).

The most important communication issues to face as I embark upon my career as a future executive

I will face the issue of business communication system structure that is very significant for the success of the Business. I will need to have a good communication system that is less complex and easy to integrate with other systems for the purpose business growth (Schultz, Tennenbaun, & Lauterborn, 2014). I will also face the issue of information clarity to ensure that all the emails sent or received as well the phone calls are clear enough to avoid any misunderstanding. Clarity of information is what contributes to a better and efficient information system, and when the clients or employees cannot clearly communicate with the executive, then a communication gap would emerge and create more problems.

Another important communication issue I will face is consistency. As an executive, it will be my responsibility to ensure the existence of consistent communication system that directly relates to a consistent performance (Stuart, & Sarow, 2013). That will help in determining cases of failure and how to overcome them through effective communication.

The medium for business communication will also be an important issue to face as an executive. It is essential to use a business communication medium that is efficient enough to avoid creating communication gaps between the executive and the employees or clients that may lead to losing of business(Schultz, et al., 2014). Communication delays due to the inefficiency of the medium can be fatal to a company. Another important communication issue to face as an executive is Relevancy. It will be the executive’s responsibility to determine the relevancy of installing a new communication system in the business. Installation of communication systems is an expensive investment and should remain relevant for an extended period after installation (Schultz, et al., 2014).

Discussion of the Nature of Future Business Communication (More Complex or Less Complex)

The Future business communication will be less complex due to various reasons. With the rapid technological advancement in the communication sector, the future business will become one of the central areas for implementing new communication technologies. I see the desktop devices for business communication fading away with comparable replacement by physical integration of remote technology (Conaway, & Laasch, 2014). There will be many changes in business communication, and simpler devices will be available for efficient collaboration, conversations, making video endpoint connections.

The Role that Technology will Play in Communication of Thoughts and Ideas.

Technology will help in the development of business designs through consultations and comparison between the expected and the existing designs and make life easier (Stuart, & Sarow, 2013). The good business design will make the enterprise run more efficiently and enrich the relationship between the executive and the employees or the clients.

Technology would make it easy for conversion of business thoughts and ideas into other forms such as videos and drawings that are easy to understand by other people (Varey, 2014). In that way, individuals with good business ideas will be able to explain adequately their idea objectives and receive necessary funds for implementation.

Technology will create a platform such as social media where an individual with a business thought or idea can share the concepts and seek other people's views about the Idea (Stuart, & Sarow, 2013). When one subjects an idea to other people's opinions in such technological platforms them, the idea owner will be able to make various adjustments thereby making the Idea more practical and realistic.

Technology will also help in the creation of medium for converting business thoughts and ideas into reality (Varey, 2014). Through the use of technology, a business idea or thought can become software for solving various business related problems that would otherwise be impossible to conceptualize without the creation software technology.

The use of more advanced communication devices will make it easy for people to share business ideas and thoughts around the globe. That will improve diversity in the corporate sector since people will have access to different business ideas through direct communications. The use of technological tools such as televisions and print media will allow those with various business ideas to share their ideas and thoughts through advertisements (Stuart, & Sarow, 2013).

Discuss the solution to the information gap between generations, cultures, income levels, and education.

The information gap between cultures, income levels, generations, and education is resolvable through the introduction of government policies that would ensure that every citizen of a country has access to affordable, popular media of information such as mobile phones, radios, and televisions (Schultz, Tennenbaum, &Lauterborn, 2014). The government should also ensure that all the citizens have access to cheaper electricity that even the lowest earners in the country can afford as well as providing extensive communication infrastructure. That will allow the illiterate citizens to get information from watching television, listening to radios and making phone calls rather than reading. Through such policies, one will not have to be wealthy to be able to afford a device for receiving information and energy will be accessible to all regardless of culture differences (Schultz, et al., 2014).

Personal Philosophy Statement on the Future and Integrated Business Communication

The future integrated business communication system would require more unified communication architecture based on technology that can revolutionize business communication. Such a system will be able to integrate all the business communication tools on a single platform and remain relevant over an extended period with the ability to solve different communication problems.
